We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have a full 60 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 60 days of receiving your item/s.
- Items eligible for a refund must be sent back to us in an unopened/unused condition.
How to Start a Return
- To request a return, contact us at support@inb4supps.com with your order number.
- If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damages and Issues
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@inb4supps.com.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it, either through a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@inb4supps.com.
